# The Guarantee Payments (Exemption) (No. 5) Order 1977, Paragraph 10


This Agreement is an integral part of the National Conference Agreement between the Federation and the Union, and its terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of Clause 29 of that Agreement.
