# The Guarantee Payments (Exemption) (No. 7) Order 1977, Article 2: Interpretation


(1) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
(2) The “exempted agreements” mean the collective agreements which are listed in Schedule 1 to this Order.
