Article 2 Interpretation

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

(2)

The “exempted agreement” means the National Agreement between the Cut Sole Associates—British Leather Federation and the National Union of the Footwear, Leather and Allied Trades.
