This Agreement is an integral part of the National Agreement between the Cut Sole Associates and the Union, and any question which may arise as to the interpretation of this Guaranteed Wages Agreement shall be interpreted by a Joint Sub-Committee of the Associates and the Union to be appointed for this purpose.
