# The Guarantee Payments (Exemption) (No. 9) Order 1977, Paragraph 13


It shall be permissible for the Cut Sole Associates of the British Leather Federation and the National Union to agree jointly to a temporary suspension of this Guaranteed Wages Agreement in exceptional circumstances.
