# The Guarantee Payments (Exemption) (No. 9) Order 1977, Paragraph 24


In case of any dispute as to the interpretation and application of this Agreement an Arbitration Board shall be appointed, consisting of two Union representatives and two members of the Cut Sole Associates—British Leather Federation, with an independent chairman. The findings of this Board to be final and binding.
