# The Guardianship (Missing Persons) Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2019, Regulation 2: Provisions coming into force on 19th June 2019


The following provisions of the Guardianship (Missing Persons) Act 2017 come into force on 19th June 2019—
(a) section 22 (codes of practice); and
(b) section 23 (the court).
