# The Guardianship (Missing Persons) Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2019, Regulation 3: Provisions coming into force on 31st July 2019


Subject to regulation 2, the Guardianship (Missing Persons) Act 2017, so far as not already in force, comes into force on 31st July 2019.
