  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nSanctions\nMade 18th July 2019\nLaid before Parliament 19th July 2019\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)\nThe Secretary of State , in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1)(c) and (3)(b), 3(1)(a) and (d)(i), 4, 9(2)(a), 10(2)(a) and (c), (3) and (4), 11(2) to (9), 15(2)(a) and (b), (3), (4)(b), (5) and (6), 16, 17(2) to (5) and (8), 21(1), 54(1) and (2)(a), 56 and 62(4) and (5) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 , and having decided, upon consideration of the matters set out in section 2(2) and 56(1) of that Act, that it is appropriate to do so, makes the following Regulations:",
