  "text": "Provided always, that a Person being a Shareholder in or Member of any Company established by or under Act of Parliament shall not be prevented from being or acting as a Guardian by reason of any Contract entered into between the Guardians and such established Company, but any such Guardian, being a Shareholder in or Member of such established Company, shall not vote on any Question relating to the Execution of this Act in which such established Company is interested.",
