  "text": "Provided always, that the Guardians may by Resolution adopted at a Special Meeting resolve that the Proof Master shall not be a Guardian, but shall be a salaried Officer, who shall devote the whole of his Time to the Duties of his Office, and shall not be concerned directly or indirectly (except as a Shareholder in or Member of any Company) in any Trade or Business.",
