# Gun Barrel Proof Act 1978, Paragraph 18


In section 141 of the Act of 1868 for the words from “for every such offence” to “not more than” there shall be substituted the words “be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding”.
