  "text": "In section 21 of the Act of 1868—\n(a) for the words “Justices for the Borough of Birmingham” there shall be substituted the words “justices for the petty sessional division of Birmingham.”;\n(b) for the words “the Council of the said Borough” (twice) there shall he substituted the words “Birmingham City Council”; and\n(c) for the words “Mayor for the Borough” there shall be substituted the words “Lord Mayor”.",
