  "text": "In section 30 of the Act of 1868 for the words from “for every such offence” to “as a Guardian”, in the second place where those words occur, there shall be substituted the words “be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum and on conviction on indictment to a fine” and for the words “Recovery of such Penalty” there shall be substituted the word “conviction”.",
