  "text": "(1) Where this section applies, the Aske Corporation is to be deemed to be a charitable company within the meaning of section 193 of the Charities Act 2011, with the corporators as its directors.\n(2) This section applies to the determination of any question of the civil liability of the Estates Governor or any of its corporators.",
