  "long_title": "This Order makes changes to the boundary between the London boroughs of Hackney and Tower Hamlets in the neighbourhoods of Victoria Park and Hackney Wick. It transfers to Tower Hamlets part of Victoria Park lying to the south of Cadogan Terrace, and to the east of Wetherell Road, Guinness Close and Victoria Park Road, so that the whole of that Park is united in that borough. It transfers to Hackney part of Hackney Wick, including the East Cross Centre, the Hackney Wick Railway Station, and part of Waterden Road. Consequential changes are made to borough ward and petty sessional area boundaries.",
