  "text": "In respect of the constitution of the governing body, the requirements of the School Governance (Federations) (England) Regulations 2004 are relaxed as follows:\n(a) for the purposes of regulation 14(1)(a) and 14(2) the term “head teacher” means both the head teacher and the deputy head teachers of the federated schools; and\n(b) for the purposes of regulation 21(1) the maximum size of the governing body shall be 24.",
