# The Haiti (Sanctions) (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Regulation 17: Amendment of the Haiti (Sanctions) (Regulations) 2022


In regulation 45(3) (trade enforcement: application of CEMA), for “under Part 4 (Trade)” substitute—
“under—
(a) Part 4 (Trade),
(b) regulation 30A (trade: licensing offences),
(c) regulation 36A(6) (general trade licences: records), or,
(d) regulation 36B(5) (general trade licences: inspection of records).”.
