# The Haiti (Sanctions) (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Haiti (Sanctions) (Amendment) Regulations 2024.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 14th March 2024.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
