  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Haiti (Sanctions) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 23rd July 2025.\n(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
