# The Haiti (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 8: Amendment of the Haiti (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2022


After paragraph 15 insert—
“15A. In regulation 29A (trade licences)—
(a) the existing text become paragraph (1);
(b) in that paragraph, for “Secretary of State”, substitute “Governor”;
(c) at the end insert—
“(2) The Governor may issue a licence under paragraph (1) only with the consent of the Secretary of State.””.
