  "heading": "Supply of goods to Haiti",
  "text": "(1) Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article or the 1993 Order, no person mentioned in article 11 of this Order shall:\n(a) supply or deliver;\n(b) agree to supply or deliver; or\n(c) do any act calculated to promote the supply or delivery of, any goods other than foodstuffs, or goods to be used for medical purposes, to or to the order of a person connected with Haiti.\n(2) Nothing in paragraph (1)(b) or (c) of this article shall apply where the supply or delivery of the goods to the person concerned is authorised by a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article or article 7 of this Order or under the 1993 Order.",
