Coming into Operation 10th November 1986
The Secretary of State, after consulting in accordance with section 4(7) of the Hallmarking Act 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), in exercise of his powers under sections 4(7) and 21(1) of the Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
