# The Hallmarking (International Convention) (Amendment) Order 1987, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 5th November 1987
Coming into force 3rd December 1987
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under sections 2(1)(c) and (3), 21(3) and 22(1) of the Hallmarking Act 1973 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
