Article 3 Transfers between the borough of Rushmoor and the district of Hart

(1)
That part of the unparished area of the borough of Rushmoor shown marked C1 on the boundary map shall be transferred to:
(a)
the district of Hart and
(b)
the Hawley ward of that district and
(c)
the parish of Hawley and
(d)
the Hawley and Church Crookham county electoral division.
(2)
Those parts of the district of Hart and the parish of Hawley shown marked B1A, B1B, B2A, B2B, B2C, and B3 on the boundary map shall cease to form part of any parish and shall be transferred to the borough of Rushmoor and to the borough wards named below as follows:
(a)
the areas shown marked B1A and B2A to Fernhill ward,
