Article 5 Town and Country Planning

Any provisions of a local plan made by Hart District Council or Rushmoor Borough Council which apply immediately before 1st April 1990 to an area transferred by this Order shall continue to have effect in relation to that area as if they were part of such a plan made by the authority to which the area is transferred.
