Made 16th February 1987
Laid before Parliament 27th February 1987
Coming into force 20th March 1987
The Secretary of State for Transport, having consulted the persons referred to in section 15A(4) of the Harbours Act 1964, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 15A of that Act and all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following order:
