# The Harbour Authority Designation (Scotland) Order 2014, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 16th June 2014
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 40A(4)(c) of the Harbours Act 1964 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
