# The Harbour Authority Designation (Scotland) Order 2014, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates Clydeport Operations Limited as a harbour authority which can give harbour directions as provided for in sections 40A to 40D of the Harbours Act 1964.
