  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order is made under sections 2 and 3 of the Education Act 2002 and amends the Harbour School Order 2007 (“the 2007 Order”) to provide that the 2007 Order is extended and will cease to have effect on 16th December 2013.",
