# Harbours Act 1964, Section 63: †Short title, extent, repeal and commencement.


(1) This Act may be cited as the Harbours Act 1964.
(2) This Act . . . shall not extend to Northern Ireland.

(4) Sections 26 to 40 of this Act, and the last foregoing subsection, shall come into operation on such day as the Minister may by order appoint.
