# Harbours Act (Northern Ireland) 1970, Section 8: Special provisions with respect to certain aviation charges.


Section 5(2) shall, so far as regards charges regulated by any such provision of an Order in Council under subsection (2) of section 8 of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 as has effect by virtue of paragraph ( o) (regulation of charges for use of licensed aerodromes and for services provided thereat) of that subsection, have effect subject to that provision; and section 7 shall not apply to any charges so regulated.
