  "text": "True copies of the said plans and books of reference, or of any alteration or correction thereof or extract therefrom, certified by any such clerk of the peace or sheriff clerk, which certificate such clerk shall give to all parties interested, when required, shall be received in all courts of justice or elsewhere as evidence of the contents thereof:",
