# Harbours (Scotland) Act 2015, Introduction: Introductory text


An Act of the Scottish Parliament to repeal sections 10 to 12 of the Ports Act 1991 and amend Schedules 3 and 4 to the Harbours Act 1964.
The Bill for this Act of the Scottish Parliament was passed by the Parliament on 27th October 2015 and received Royal Assent on 2nd December 2015
