  "text": "In each year, not later than the seventh day of January, the Board of Trade shall furnish to the Admiralty a list of all applications for provisional orders under the last-mentioned Acts then pending, with a short statement of the nature of the works for the construction whereof powers are sought by such proposed provisional orders respectively.",
