# Hares Preservation Act 1892, Section 4: Prosecution of offences.


Every offence under this Act may be prosecuted in a summary manner, and every penalty imposed under this Act shall be applied in the manner directed by the Summary Jurisdiction Acts, and any Act amending the same.
