  "long_title": "This Order is made under section 2 of the Education Act 2002. Article 2 exempts the governing body of Haringey Sixth Form Centre from the requirements in the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2007 for the governing body to consist of certain numbers of governors falling within specified categories. It also exempts the governing body from the requirement that all governors must be aged 18 or over at the date of appointment or election. Article 3 provides that the Order has effect up to and including 31st August 2010.",
