# The Haringey Sixth Form Centre (Governing Body) Order 2007, Article 2: Exemption


Regulations 12(3)(e) and (f), 13(1), 30(2) and paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 to the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2007 are not to apply to the governing body of the School.
