  "text": "Education, england\nMade 16th September 2007\nLaid before Parliament 24th September 2007\nComing into force 22nd October 2007\nThe temporary governing body of Haringey Sixth Form Centre (“the School”) being treated as the governing body, a qualifying body for the purposes of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Education Act 2002 (“the Act”), have, in accordance with section 4(2) of the Act, consulted such persons as appear to them to be appropriate.\nIt is the opinion of the Secretary of State—\n(a) pursuant to section 1(1)(a) of the Act, having regard to the matters set out in section 1(2), that the implementation by the governing body of the School of the provisions of this Order may contribute to the raising of educational standards in England, and\n(b) pursuant to section 2(5) of the Act, that this Order is not likely to have a detrimental effect on the education of children with special educational needs.\nIn exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by section 2(1) of the Act, the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, on the application of the temporary governing body of the School, makes the following Order:",
