Article 4 Borrowing powers

Section 54 (Borrowing powers) of the Harwich Harbour Act 1974 shall have effect as if in subsection (1), as having effect in accordance with article 2(1) of the Harwich Harbour Revision Order 1985^f1, for the words “£30 million” there were substituted the words “£50 million”.
