# The Harwich Haven Harbour Revision Order 1993, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order—
(a) further extends the seaward limit of jurisdiction of the Harwich Haven Authority; and
(b) increases from £30 million to £50 million the maximum level of capital borrowing under section 54 of the Harwich Harbour Act 1974 as amended by the Harwich Harbour Revision Order 1985.
