  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the district of Hastings are abolished.\n(2) The district of Hastings is divided into the 16 wards in the following list—\nAshdown\nBaird\nBraybrooke\nCastle\nCentral St Leonards\nConquest\nGensing\nHollington\nMaze Hill\nOld Hastings\nOre\nSilverhill\nSt Helens\nTressell\nWest St Leonards\nWishing Tree\n(3) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(4) Two councillors are to be elected for each ward.",
