  "text": "Where a person is convicted of an offence under section 4, the court must—\n(a) state on conviction, and\n(b) record the conviction in a way that shows,\nthe characteristic (or characteristics) to which the offence relates (by reference to it being an offence under section 4(1) or by reference to one or more of the characteristics mentioned in section 4(3)).",
