  "text": "(1) This Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, subject to subsections (2) to (4).\n(2) Sections 11, 20 and 21 extend to England and Wales and Scotland.\n(3) Section 12 extends to Northern Ireland\n(4) An amendment or repeal made by the Schedule has the same extent as the provision to which it relates.",
