# The Hazardous Waste (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Hazardous Waste (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and they come into force on 18 November 2009.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
