# The Hazardous Waste (Wales) Regulations 2005, Paragraph 2


The charge to be paid on the notification of premises pursuant to regulation 26 is—
(a) £28 for each set of premises notified in writing;
(b) £23 for each set of premises notified by telephone; and
(c) £18 for each set of premises notified in electronic form.
