# Health Act 1999, Paragraph 61


In section 108(1) (interpretation)—
(a) in the appropriate place there is inserted—
““goods” includes accommodation”,
(b) for the definition of “state hospital” there is substituted—
““state hospital” has the meaning indicated in section 102(2)”.
