# Health Act 2006, Paragraph 55


In section 150(7)(d) (liability to pay NHS charges) for sub-paragraph (ii) substitute—
“(ii) section 2C, 17C, 17J or 25 of the 1978 Act (primary medical services or personal or general dental services).”
