  "text": "1st September 2012 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Health Act 2009—\n(a) section 26 (new arrangements for entry into a pharmaceutical list);\n(b) section 27 (pharmaceutical lists: minor amendment);\n(c) section 28 (breach of terms of arrangements: notices and penalties);\n(d) section 29 (LPS schemes: powers of Primary Care Trusts and Strategic Health Authorities);\n(e) section 38 (repeals and revocations), in so far at is relates to the repeals mentioned in paragraph (f); and\n(f) the entries in Schedule 6 (repeals and revocations) that relate to the National Health Service Act 2006, in so far as not already in force.",
