# Health Act 2009, Paragraph 3

(1) Section 6 (exclusion from advertising offence for specialist tobacconists) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), at the end of paragraph (a), insert “ in Scotland ”.
(3) In subsection (4), after “ “premises” in subsections” insert “ (A1), ”.
